All LIVE products are prepared Sunday nights and mailed Monday and Tuesday mornings via USPS Priority Mail.

Extreme temperatures can adversly affect worms and beetles. Choose "hold for pick up" during check out to ensure they arrive lively and healthy!

Live products are non-returnable. That being said, we are reasonable and know things happen during shipping. So please reach out to us the same day your package was delivered and we will work together to find a resolution.

All other unused products have a 10 day return policy.
