Refund policy

Live products are non-returnable. Refunds or replacement orders are 100% guaranteed on all orders that are marked "Hold at Post Office or Hub for pick up".  That being said, we are reasonable and know things happen during shipping, even when the weather is perfect. Please reach out to us via text with photos within 5 hours of package delivery and we will work together to find a resolution.

All other unused products have a 10 day return policy for a refund.  A refund will be processed same day the return is received.  Return postage to be covered by buyer.
