Ice Pack

The package came on time and in good condition. However the tiny, and I mean tiny, ice pack that came with it couldn't have possibly stayed cold for any length of time. Definitely not worth the extra $2.00 I paid. Fortunately, the worms were in good shape anyway. Don't know that I would have faith in shipping live worms during hot months with that tiny piece of ice pack. But it all worked out this time.

I'm not sure what to say, I'm sure it helped but by the time I got them it had melted but the worms were good!

I have ordered 3,000 large mealworms from Backyard Buzz three times now and have been very satisfied each time. I have them add an ice pack and I pick them up at the post office when they arrive so they don't sit out in the heat. It works like a charm.

I’m sure it kept my worms alive because it was very hot the week that I had my worms arrive. It was in the high 90s here, And they were perfectly content in their fantastic packaging. Thank you so much for taking the extra care and keeping my worms vibrant for my bluebirds.
