LIVE ORDERS ONLY SHIP ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY. Any order placed after 10am on Tuesday, will be shipped on the following Monday. This prevents your mealworms from sitting at the Post Office over the weekend in extreme temperatures.

I used to buy mealworms from Uncle Jim’s. But they used brown paper instead of bedding on my last order. That didn’t work very well. When I contacted customer support, they never even acknowledged my complaint. No response at all. So I switched and I’m happy.
As always, my worms arrived healthy, fat, active and very much alive! Of 3000 worms, there were about 5 that had expired and that’s very good in my book! I’m feeding 6 blue birds and they flock to the feeder when I put the worms out and devour them within minutes! The worms come in a small container, so it’s easy to dump them in a larger container and pour in their bran flakes to feed. This is my 6th order with Backyard Buzz, and I will continue to order because the quality and price are so wonderful!
These mealworms are so healthy and plump! Our bluebirds love them!
