LIVE ORDERS ONLY SHIP ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY. Any order placed after 10am on Tuesday, will be shipped on the following Monday. This prevents your mealworms from sitting at the Post Office over the weekend in extreme temperatures.

I think this was my second order with Backyard Buzz. Their price was significantly lower than Uncle Jim’s so it was a no brainer. This time, USPS delayed my order. I didn’t realize it until Backyard Buzz contacted me to let me know. Now, I’ve had plenty of late or lost packages, but I don’t remember any company contacting me first. That’s great customer service.
